This quiche forms its own crust. You can use any combination of ingredients desired, with no measuring needed. Just begin with the top ingredients.
For Mexican, add: Diced jalapeno peppers, onions and Jack cheese.
For Italian, add: Sautéed sausage, red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and a pinch of oregano.
For a Vegetable quiche, add: Sautéed onions, any kind of squash, eggplant, peppers, artichoke hearts, etc.
Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake 25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
