1 c. broccoli flowerets 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 c. bean sprouts 3/4 c. sliced onions 1 c. napa (Chinese cabbage) 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon and herb 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 whole boneless chicken breasts 1 c. Louis Kemp crab chunks 1/4 c. peanut oil 1/2 tsp. ginger Dash of lite soy sauce Slice chicken into 1/4 inch strips. Place chicken into wok, add peanut oil slowly. Brown chicken by stirring with wooden fork constantly, approximately 4- 5 minutes. Add all vegetables, one at a time, stirring continually. Add seasonings and crab meat pieces. Continue stirring and blending all ingredients together. Season with lite soy sauce to taste. Cooking time for total process is 15 to 18 minutes. Wok should be placed on medium flame for cooking process. |
