BURRITOS RANCHEROS
 

1 pkg. med. size flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef or shredded beef
1 lb. can refried beans
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 sm. can green chile salsa
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can enchilada sauce (3 c.)
1/2 pt. sour cream

Brown meat; mix together with beans, 3/4 of cheese, salsa, and onion. Roll into the tortillas.

Arrange in 9 x 13 pan. Pour enchilada sauce over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes.

Great with Spanish rice and a tossed green salad.
