QUICHE LORRAINE
 

1 c. broken up bacon or 6 strips crumbled

Into blender, or beat: 2 c. half and half (1 carton) 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter 1 packet Quiche Lorraine mix

Blend and pour over the bacon and cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until custard has set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

QUICHE LORRAINE MIX:

1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 2 tsp. mustard
Few grains cayenne

Make the packets ahead and seal for later use.
