2 cans crushed tomatoes Oil 6 hot-med. sausages Garlic powder Pepper Oregano Fill pot with a layer of oil so it covers the bottom of the pot. Then open cans of crushed tomatoes and water. Then add sausage, 3 tablespoons pepper, garlic and oregano. Cook for 3 hours on medium-low stirring occasionally. Taste and if desired, add more spices. |
