1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked 1 c. grated cheese 1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/4 tsp. salad oil Cook spinach. Reserve 1 quart fry beef and onion. Add 1 cup spinach juice and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix spinach and all other ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with meat sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
