NAVAJO TACOS
 

2 lg. firm ripe tomatoes, cored and cut in sm. pieces
3/4 lbs. mild cheddar cheese, shredded (any cheese you wish)
1/2 lbs. iceberg lettuce, finely shredded (about 4 c.)
1 c. purchased salsa or your own homemade salsa
1 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 c. sour cream or imo (optional)

All above you can place on the fry bread in layers any way you want.
