2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all ingredients except chicken broth. Blend in broth until mixture is the consistency of soupy meatloaf. shape 1 cupful of meat into individual servings. Cover with Diable sauce and bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven (or until done). DIABLE SAUCE: 2 c. (1 can) Franko beef gravy

2 tbsp. butter
