2 lb. sirloin MARINADE: 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. dry red wine 1 tbsp. fresh minced ginger 1 tbsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro Freshly ground black pepper Mix marinade in a bowl. Cut sirloin into chunk-size pieces and add to marinade, toss to coat and cover bowl. Refrigerate overnight until ready to cook. Cook over charcoal or place meat 4 inches from heat. Broil 3-4 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade. Turn once for medium rare. Serves 4. |
