1 c. warm water 1 tbsp. yeast 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. sauce 12 oz. mozzarella (or as much as you want) Flour (amount varies) Mix water, yeast, oil, salt and sugar. Add 1 cup flour. Keep adding flour until mixture is doughy. Knead dough until it is not sticky. Roll and put in a pizza (or whatever size you have) pan. Put on sauce and toppings. Turn oven on to 450 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
