Fresh brats 2 cans beer 1 tbsp. Tabasco 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 2 tsp. ground red pepper 1 tsp. chili powder Optional: 24 oz. water for more mild brats Prick each brat twice with fork. Mix all other ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil. Add brats and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Chill, drained UNTIL ready to grill or transfer to grill immediately. |
