QUICHE LORRAINE
 

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 45 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
