STIR-FRY VEGETABLES
 

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef, tenderloins or chicken breast
1 med. bunch broccoli, cut into sm. pieces
1 med. onion, cut into thin slices
3 med. carrots, cut into sm. pieces
4 celery sticks, cut into sm. pieces
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 c. teriyaki sauce
4 tbsp. peanut oil

Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in wok. Saute meat strips in 1 cup teriyaki sauce until done (4 to 5 minutes). Remove meat from wok, drain well, set aside. Reheat wok on high with 2 tablespoons peanut oil.

Combine all vegetables with 1 cup teriyaki sauce. Cook approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Add meat to vegetable mixture. Cook approximately 7 to 10 minutes more, stirring frequently. Serves 4 to 6 adults.
