FLANK STEAK MARINADE
 

3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried ginger

Marinate flank steak overnight, then broil or barbecue to desired doneness. Makes enough marinade for 2 large flank steaks.
