FLANK STEAK MARINADE
 

1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice or wine
1-2 tbsp. minced garlic
Coarse ground pepper to taste

Oblong dish the size of flank steak/or tupperware meat marinade with lid.

Lay steak flat, drizzle lemon juice over steak. Next drizzle soy sauce, spread garlic then sprinkle pepper evenly over the top. Pierce evenly and turn every half hour. Broil or bar-b-que 7 minutes each side for medium.
