CANADIAN HAMBURGER PIE
 

1 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. sweet relish
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Unbaked pie crust for top & bottom 9" pie plate

Oven 425 degrees. Brown hamburger in pan, sprayed with Pam. Add carrots and onions. Cook for several minutes. Add pepper, parsley and relish; mix well.

Add flour to hamburger mixture, slowly add tomato sauce and let boil for 3-4 minutes. Let cool while preparing pie crust. Line pan. Spread filling - cover with top crust. Cut several slits on top. Bake 25 minutes until brown.
