1 tbsp. butter 2 med. onions, sliced 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lbs. flank steak, scored 4 drops hot sauce Melt butter in skillet; add onions. Cook until transparent. Add salt. Keep warm. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper; rub on top of meat. Broil meat at 550 degrees 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes. Turn meat; add hot sauce. Brush with oil mixture and broil 5 more minutes. |
