BROIL STEAK DOGS
 

1 1/2 lb. sirloin tip steak, sliced in 5" strips, about 1"x1"
Meat tenderizer
Thin sliced bacon

Slice sirloin tip steak in pieces about 1"x1" and 5" long. Sprinkle with tenderizer and wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Any smaller steak pieces can be skewered and wrapped with bacon. Place under broiler in Nordic Ware roast, broil, bake and serve pan and broil on all sides until bacon is crisp. Serve in a wiener bun.
