FANDANGO
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms, stems and pieces) drained
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lasagna noodles
2 (10 oz.) each frozen spinach (cook according to package directions)
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
6 slices Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat in skillet, then drain. Stir in onions, garlic and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook lasagna noodles according to package. Add spinach and soup to meat mixture. Heat through, add sour cream and stir to mix. Spoon half of meat mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan, top with 3 cooked noodles and 3 slices of cheese. Spoon remaining half of meat mixture over cheese and top with remaining 3 slices of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
