1 flank steak
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 slices bacon

Cook bacon. Lay frozen spinach and bacon on flank steak. Roll jelly roll fashion and tie with string about 3 inches apart each string section. Slice through and place in broiler and cook 6 to 7 minutes each side.
