CHOW MEIN
 

Roast chicken or turkey, cut up into bite-size pieces
Juice from roasting meat
1 very lg. bunch celery, cut up into sm. pieces
3 med. onions, chopped
1 can mushrooms, cut
1 can bean sprouts
Chop suey sauce to taste
1 c. rice, cooked ahead of time
Chow mein noodles

Put whatever juice you get from roasting the meat into a cook pot. Add to the juice: celery, onions, mushrooms and enough water to cover. Simmer until tender. Then add the bean sprouts, chop suey sauce and chicken or turkey pieces and the rice. Let this simmer about 30 minutes. Serve with the chow mein noodles.
