Cook meat until lightly browned; drain off fat. Combine biscuit mix and nonfat dry milk; add water, mixing well. Chill 10 minutes. Knead a few times on lightly floured board; divide into 2 portions.
Place each portion of dough in pan; pat to fit pan, coming up about 1 inch on side. Brush with melted butter. Spread 1/3 cup pizza sauce on each circle of dough; top with Cheddar cheese, oregano and browned sausage. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve immediately while still hot. In 400 degree oven.
