1 lb. uncooked ground turkey, chicken or very lean beef 1 (16 oz.) can Mexican beans in chili gravy 12 corn tortillas Mexican salsa Shredded lettuce Chopped tomatoes Chopped onions Chopped black olives Light sour cream Mexican spice mix (if desired) Saute ground meat until no longer pink. Add the Mexican spices to taste. Mix. Add the canned beans and heat to a simmer. Spoon mixture into prepared taco shells. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. Add salsa to taste and light sour cream if desired. |
