Polish Kielbasa or smoked sausage Grated Muenster cheese Sauerkraut Bacon slices, optional Cut sausage into 6 inch pieces. Split lengthwise 3/4 through. Fill each sausage piece with mixture of 2 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon sauerkraut. Wrap with bacon if desired. Secure with toothpick. Grill or broil (4 inches from heat) until done. Garnish with Muenster cheese. |
