1 lb. sliced beef
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. smashed garlic
1 tbsp. sesame seed
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. rice wine
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1. In bowl, knead sliced beef and sugar.
2. Combine soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame seed, pepper and rice wine; blend well.
3. Mix beef (1) and combined seasoning (2).
4. Let sit 30 minutes, then mix with sesame oil.
5. Barbecue.
