Liquid smoke, rub into brisket Salt & pepper Celery salt Garlic salt Onion salt Paprika
Rub all these ingredients into brisket.
Then pack brisket in brown sugar, wrap in foil and put into pan. Put in 250 degree oven. Bake 4 to 6 hours, depending on size of brisket (approximately 1 hour per pound). Cool, slice and use in own juice or BBQ sauce.
