1 can tuna 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 3 hard-boiled eggs 2 tbsp. green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped onions 2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1/2 c. mayonnaise Cut all ingredients. Mix together. Fold in mayonnaise. Divide mixture into 8 hamburger buns. Wrap in tin foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour. May be served as open faced and broiled before serving. 8 servings. |
