PULKOGI
 

3-4 lb. boneless beef or veal roast, cut in thin slices (an English cut or boneless rump roast would serve)
2/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped (tops included)

Marinate meat in remaining ingredients, 3-4 hours, even overnight. Cook in electric skillet or wok. Some water may be added in cooking to have ample amount of sauce. Serve over rice. When cooked at the table, it's done by the time the blessing is said and the rice passed. Enjoy!
