ORANGE GLAZED GRILLED CHUCK
 

1 (12 oz.) can or 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 4/5 oz. env. meat marinade
Dash coarsely ground black pepper
3-4 lb. beef chuck or arm roast
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. cooking oil

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Pierce, turn and marinade meat every 15 minutes for 1-2 hours. Cook on charcoal grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour on low heat turning and brushing often. Serves 6-8.
