STROMBOLI
 

12 slices American cheese
12 slices boiled ham
12 slices salami
1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Mustard
Frozen bread dough (3 or 4 loaves)

Crumble and brown sausage. Lay American cheese in middle of dough after dough is thawed and spread out. (Overlapping pieces.) Continue to lay boiled ham, salami (brushed with mustard), 1/3 cup cooked sausage and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.

Fold sides and ends of bread. Brush top with butter, sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Switch to broil until top is brown, about 5 minutes or less. Makes 3 or 4 large strombolis.
