CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE
 

Melt 5 tablespoons butter in saucepan; stir until light brown. Then add 1 package Cajun Etouffee; mix. Stir over low heat until mix has a medium brown color. Then add 2 cups water and pound boiled, peeled crawfish tails. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. After mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of cooking, cover, turn heat off, and let stand 15 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice and enjoy!!
