SWEDISH MEATBALLS
 

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. stale bread crumbs
Dash of salt, pepper, allspice
1 sm. chopped onion

MEATBALL SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
Dash garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. sugar

Take meatball ingredients; combine with meat ad shape into 1/4 inch balls. Brown in shortening. Put in crock pot. Put ingredients for meatball sauce into crock pot and simmer for 2 hours. A double recipe will fill the crock pot.
