CHEESE STEAK HOAGIES
 

2 lbs. lean roast beef (deli style)
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
6 sm. sweet chili peppers
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
6-8 hoagie buns, sliced
1/2 c. butter

Brown mushrooms, onions, chili pepper in 1/4 cup butter; set aside. Brown 2 to 3 ounces roast beef, chopping while browning with a spatula. Add 1 ounce mushroom mixture.

Arrange meat in a loaf; place 2-3 slices Swiss cheese on top and melt. While cheese is melting, brown a sliced hoagie bun. Place meat in bun. Slice and serve with potato chips.
