1 (16 oz.) rotoni macaroni 1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 lg. can mushrooms or fresh ones Sliced pepperoni Cook rotoni and drain. Put just enough sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan to keep from sticking. First layer, 1/2 rotoni and 1/2 sauce; place 1/2 pepperoni on top of sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 mushrooms and cheese. Repeat 2nd layer in same order. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
