1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger, browned 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 8 oz. or more Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 to 1 c. Italian bread crumbs 1 pkg. lg. stuffing shells, cook as directed Brown beef, onions and peppers. Add bread crumbs until it becomes stuffing consistency. Add 1/2 of cheese and mix until cheese is melted. Stuff cooked shells with meat mixture. Pour sauce over stuffed shells. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
