STROGANOFF
 

1 lb. beef (cut in thin strips)
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
4 oz. sour cream
5 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 jar whole mushrooms
1 sm. onion
Salt
White pepper
2 oz. vodka (optional)
Vegetable oil

Saute minced onions in the hot oil. Add meat, salt and pepper; cook until meat is tender (add a little bit of water, as needed). Add mushrooms. Separately mix sour cream, whipping cream and tomato sauce and then add it to the meat. Cook it for about 2 minutes. Add vodka. Serve it with white rice and French fries.
