1 1/2 lb. beef 3 med. onions (cut in half and then thinly sliced) 1 green onion sliced diagonally 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced 5 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. sesame oil 2 tsp. sesame 1/4 tsp. Accent (super seasoning) Thinly slice beef, then cut each slice into 1 inch width pieces. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Let set 4 to 5 hours. Cook in covered pan on high 8 to 10 minutes stirring constantly. |
