BAKED SCROD OR HADDOCK
 

1-2 lbs. Scrod
Mayonnaise
Seasoned bread crumbs
butter

Rinse fish and lay in buttered casserole dish or 9 x 9 baking pan. Spread mayonnaise 1/4-inch over fish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Place a few pats of butter on top of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 2-4.
