1 1/2 lb. scrod or cod 1 c. white cooking wine 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1 onion, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced Pour 3/4 cup wine over fish and let stand for 30 minutes. Remove fish. Cover with sauce, onion, salt, green pepper and 1/4 cup wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Baste with wine. Serves 3-4. |
