BAKED CUSHAW
 

1 med. cushaw
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash nutmeg

Cut cushaw pieces. Scrape out seeds and boil until tender. Remove peeling, mix cushaw with all ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until brown on top.
