2 eggs 3 c. milk 3 tsp. sugar 1 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter for frying Favorite jam Beat eggs. Add milk and flour gradually with salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Heat pancake pan (flat round griddle) and brush with melted butter. Make 1 pancake at a time by pouring some batter into pan, tipping pan to make a large thin pancake. When brown, flip lightly brown other side. Remove pancake and spread with your favorite jam. Roll like a jelly roll and serve. |
