KEBABS (For Grill)
 

You will need: 1 pineapple cut into cubes 2 med. apples cut into cubes 1 sm. ham cut into cubes 12-24 med.-lg. deveined fresh shrimp 1 red bell pepper cut into cubes

Alternate pieces of pineapple, shrimp, red pepper, ham and apples. Have grill ready and heated. Place skewers on grill, turning occasionally until shrimp is cooked and fruit and vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Baste occasionally during grilling with sauce mix. Let skewers cool about 1 minute and remove onto plates with a fork. Serve the kebabs over white or wild rice.

SAUCE FOR KEBABS:

1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. Bartles and James White Wine
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. brown sugar
