1 sm. head cabbage, chopped 1 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper to taste 1 onion, chopped 1/3 c. rice, uncooked 1 can tomato soup 1 tomato soup can filled with water Place chopped cabbage in greased 2 quart casserole. Brown meat with onion. Pour off fat and stir in rice. Place meat mixture over cabbage and cover with soup and water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
