STUFFED MEATBALLS AND GREEN BEANS
 

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. catsup
Stuffing mix
Green beans

Mix ground beef with milk, salt, pepper. Form into 6 patties (place between 2 pieces of wax paper and use rolling pin). Place your favorite stuffing in center of each pattie. Bring meat up and seal.

Mix and heat soup, sauce, and catsup. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Add one (9 ounce) can green beans. Place around meatballs the last 20 minutes or until heated.
