2 lb. hamburger meat
1 beef bouillon cubes
4-5 potatoes
4-5 carrots
1 can yellow corn
1 can sweet peas
1 can sweet peas w/onions
Lg. baking pan or dish
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown hamburger. Dice potatoes and slice carrots into baking pan or dish. Cover with water, add salt and pepper to taste; bring to a boil. Once potatoes and carrots are boiling, lower heat and cover pan.
When hamburger is browned, drain of the fat and set aside. When potatoes and carrots are about half way cooked, add meat and vegetables. Cover and simmer the meal for about an hour. Serve with cornbread or crackers. (Bouillon cube goes in with potatoes and carrots.)
