STUFFED MEATBALLS
 

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lb. ground beef
10 slices bread crumbs
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup

Make 8 balls from meat. Flatten each ball in hands (season with salt and pepper and garlic). Stuff each meatball. Carefully cover all bread with meat, in a ball.

In skillet lightly oiled brown meatballs turning carefully. In saucepan mix all liquids. Heat until bubbly. Place meatballs in casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Stuffing: Mix bread and onions and salt and pepper together. Stuff each meatballs with mixture.
