2 lbs. cod fillets Salt & pepper to taste 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and dry fish well. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer fish in 11"x7" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and cover fish. Bake at 400 degrees until slightly browned and fish are flaky, approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. |
