COOKOUT KIELBASI KEBABS
 

1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasi
1 to 2 green peppers, cut into slices
1 c. pineapple chunks
2 onions, cut into sm. wedges
Metal kebab skewers

Cut kielbasi into 3/4 inch slices. Fill skewers beginning and ending with kielbasi. Brush kebabs completely with mixture. Place over medium coals or on broiler pan. Grill or broil until kebabs brown, turning several times during cooking time to brown all sides.

BASTING SAUCE:

1/2 c. plum or currant jelly
4 tbsp. chili sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cooking oil

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Heat together over medium heat until blended.
