EASY SOUTHWEST CHICKEN AND PASTA
 

3-4 boneless chicken breast
1 can original rotel
1 can pinto beans
1 bag sea shell pasta
1 can broth (chicken or veg)

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in large skillet until juices run clear and you see no pink. Add Rotel and beans. Let this cook down for about 15 minutes, stirring to make sure it doesn't stick.

Add pasta and broth; simmer again until noodles are tender!

You may also add cream or cheese to it for a little extra treat.
