YUM - YUM
 

1 c. coarsely chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 (3 oz.) chow mein noodles

Saute meat in butter to a good crisp brown while onion, celery and pepper are frying in more butter until pale and gold. Mix all together in a casserole and season lightly with salt and pepper. Rinse out both pans with a little of the water to get all juices. Pour over the meat/vegetable mixture and add soup and remaining water. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover, spread noodles on top, and allow to heat through. Yum - Yum!
